Leadership
Throughout my graduate experience, not only has my ability to integrate technology effectively into my classroom improved, but my leadership has improved as well. I am seen as a leader at my school in many areas and that was solidified during my ECI 508, Teachers as Leaders, course. My teacher leadership essay, which is included below highlights the experiences I had leading professional development at my school in the area of technology. The staff presentations that I have led recently included a Google classroom training as well as a training on using EdPuzzle and Kahoot in the social studies classroom. I believe that by sharing with other staff members how to incorporate technology effectively into their classroom, they are able to encourage their students to become more globally aware by having these meaningful experiences.
